By using ViralGroup's applications and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Services
You agree to: - Provide accurate information when creating an account - Use our services in compliance with applicable laws - Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our applications - Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
User Accounts
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us of any unauthorized access
Subscriptions and Payments (AmenApp)
The following terms apply specifically to AmenApp, a ViralGroup application distributed via the Apple App Store:
- Free Trial: New AmenApp subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. - Price: $4.99/month (or local equivalent as shown in the App Store). - Auto-Renewal: AmenApp subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. - Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. - Cancellation: To cancel your AmenApp subscription, go to your device's App Store Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. - Refunds are handled according to applicable App Store policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by ViralGroup and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
